Join us as we lace up our sneakers and dress up for a cause that saves lives and empowers women. The 7th Annual 5K & Gala brings together community, families, advocates, and supporters who believe every mother deserves safe, respectful, and natural birth options.
This year, we run, we celebrate, and we raise our voices to champion maternal health equity. Proceeds from both events directly support the Birth Center Foundation, advancing our mission to expand access to natural birth, reduce maternal mortality, and provide community-centered maternity care.

Kick off the day with energy and purpose! Walk or run alongside friends, families, and neighbors as we take strides toward safer births and healthier communities. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or joining for fun, every step you take honors mothers and babies.

Every year, too many mothers are lost to preventable complications during childbirth. The Birth Center Foundation works to make natural, safe, and supported birth accessible to all. Our guiding message, #NotALifeForALife, reminds us that no mother should be sacrificed for a baby to be born, and no baby should be lost for a mother to survive.
